In addition to the bedrooms, the house comprises a large sitting and dining room, an office, separate kitchen and two bath rooms, one with bath and the other with shower.

Sitting and dining room
One end of the house contains a large combined sitting and dining room. The room is very light and furnished with a large leather coach and a dining table, easily sitting 12 people. From the sitting room you have full view of the Durance Valley and easy access to the terrace, garden and pool.

Kitchen
The kitchen is held in traditional Provence style, and is equipped with refrigerator and freezer, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, dish washer, etc. The kitchen contains all necessary kitchen utensils and kitchenware, such as glasses, dishes, flatware, etc. for 10 persons. If you plan to cook yourself, there is an electrical and gas cooker, a microwave oven, a normal oven and various appliances.

Bath and toilets
The house has two bath rooms. One of them, which is next to the Master Bedroom, features double wash basins, a toilet and a shower. This bath room is brand new. The other bath room has a bathtub whereas the toilet, in the French style, is located in a separate room.

Other rooms
The office is an independent room, from which a staircase leads to the fist floor bedroom. The office is equipped with a desk and the important ?Renters Corner?, a corner with shelves containing lots of useful things for the renter, such as games, maps, instruction manuals, etc. From the office a door leads directly to the Boules court. In the garage is a washing machine.
